3/2/10 - Just Announced:  Our West Coast Premier! 
The Method Fest Film Festival,

2/16/10 - Just heard that our little film has been accepted into the Methodfest Film Festival.  We're very excited to screen at the "actor's festival" and showcase all the hard work by the cast and crew.  Thanks everyone for your support so far, we'll keep you posted as we find out more about upcoming screenings and events! 

11/10/09 - Still working on a new cut of the film, trying out some new music and a few visual fx.  Hope the new year brings completion! 


8/07/09 - The final day of filming finally arrived.  Cast and crew completed a series of
motorcycle shots atop a Shotmaker in Lancaster, CA.  A rough cut with the new footage is expected by the end of the month.  Thanks to all the folks that came out and worked in support of this final day! 

7/15/09 - The filmmakers are currently screening a rough cut of the film while a few visual fx shots are being worked out.  A final cut is to be completed by late August. 
One final pickup for the film is being filmed in Los Angeles in early August.

1/27/09 - A small guerilla unit has just completed a roadtrip from LA to Lexington, KY and back.   They completed scenes in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, & Kentucky.  Despite facing the great midwest ice storm, the crew finished shooting with all but one scene in the can.  The final day of shooting will commence this Spring.

9/25/08 - The Slipstream crew has been at it again.  Now shooting night exteriors in Los Angeles and driving footage out the Pearblossom Highway.  The filmmakers shot at an old autoparts scrap yard and survived a stunt or two.  No Slipstreamers were injured in the making of.  Only a few days of filming remain, currently scheduled for January 2009.      


4/13/08 - Filming is underway again, this time out old Route 66.  The cast and crew took in some scenery around Holbrook and Two Guns, Arizona and most of us have a sweet farmer's tan to show for it!   


1/07/08 -   Preproduction for the second portion of the shoot resumes.  Post production on the first portion is underway.


11/23/07 -   The cast & crew have returned from our trip to Hawesville, Kentucky.  
                     Rain storms and bad weather hindered the shooting schedule but everyone rallied together and we completed the 12 day trip with high spirits and some great footage.  The shot footage is currently being telecined and examined before shooting commences.  The filmmakers will be shooting a few days in Southern California and are currently planning a guerilla unit - 5 day cross country drive to capture the true spirit of the road.  Stay tuned for future updates and thanks for stopping by! 

10/26/07 - Kentucky Unit is a wrap!  We survived 7 inches of rain while shooting! 

10/18/07 - Principal Photography begins in Hawesville, Kentucky and Tell City,   
                   Indiana.

10/16/07 - Cast & Crew arrive in Hawesville, KY.

7/15/07 -   Rehearsals and location scouting is underway.
